As an experienced consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most exciting and well known companies worldwide, helping them to find the right candidates for their teams. Working for KPP you will be responsible for piecing together complex relocation assignments and securing high calibre talent for our clients.

  • Manage the 360⁰ recruitment cycle 
  • Internationally travel to meet your contacts in person
  • Obtain referrals from candidates for client and candidate leads – and act on the same 
  • Speculatively approach new and existing clients on behalf of candidates 
  • Maximise networking opportunities using internal and external resources 
  • Update clients on relevant products/services as appropriate 
  • Actively cross sell across all brands to promote the company and divisions within it 
  • Provide clients with pertinent market updates 
  • Identify and drive the development of new client sales opportunities with other divisions 
  • Develop existing client relationships with the aim of trading exclusively
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects, campaigns and assignments as required 
  • Engage with others to continue developing skills, knowledge and attitude 
  • Mentor junior members of the team to assist with their development and growth


  • 3-7 years of experience as a recruitment consultant 
  • Has a proven track record of delivering revenue through placements 
  • Demonstrate skill in managing the recruitment life cycle of candidates 
  • Confident and ambitious communicator with experience in mentoring teams to meet and exceed targets 
  • You are competitive, resilient, and highly motivated
  • You have an interest and versatility in working across different markets and different locations.
  • Willingness to travel internationally to visit clients and candidates
