Job Summary

This role entails a leadership position overseeing IT Audit in the APAC region for a multinational organisation. Responsibilities

  • Assist in driving continuous development of the IT Audit department, enhancing efficiency and security.
  • Trial emerging technologies and innovative audit practices.
  • Manage and coach junior team members, coordinate roles, and act as a focal point for the department.
  • Execute end-to-end IT audits (ITGC, cloud infrastructure, SAP, Cyber Security).
  • Identify and assess IT-related risks, collaborate on mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain high-level stakeholder engagements across different business areas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global IT leaders for information gathering and control assessment.
  • Ensure IT practices align with regional and global regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
  • Manage international travel for on-site audits, fostering a global perspective

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Audit/Risk Management (Big4 or Internal environment).
  • Preferred certifications in IT Audit or Information Security (ITIL, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, CIA).
  • Relevant university degree in Computer Science, Management Engineering, etc.
  • Strong understanding of IT General Controls, Application Controls, and exposure to SAP and Information Security.
  • Effective communication of complex issues to senior management, both orally and in writing.
  • Fluent in English (Mandarin will be a plus)
  • Open-mindedness, curiosity, agility, flexibility, and ability to anticipate the future.
  • Collaborative individual with team and project leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
