As an IT Audit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, security, and compliance of the IT systems and processes. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive IT audit strategy aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and manage a team of IT auditors to perform audits across various business units and functions.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities in IT systems, processes, and data.
  • Plan and execute IT audits, including evaluating internal controls, IT governance, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide recommendations and support in implementing control enhancements.
  • Stay updated on emerging technology trends, cybersecurity threats, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement in audit methodologies.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports, presenting findings, recommendations, and action plans to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with external clients and internal teams, promoting a culture of transparency and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications (CISA, CISSP) preferred.
  • Proven experience (6+ years) in IT auditing, preferably in a multinational distribution or related industry
  • Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks, industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST), and regulatory compliance
  • Experience in leading and managing a team of IT auditors.
  • Solid knowledge of IT general controls, SAP, SOX IT Controls and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with external clients and internal teams across different geographical locations.
  • Must be currently living and working in an EU country.
